PRODUCT INFORMATION

Our minimum order quantities typically begin at 50 to 200 items, it can vary depending on the product. This standard applies to most items featuring basic fabrics, colors, and prints. For items with unique or specialty fabrics, minimums may vary based on availability and the complexity of manufacturing or sourcing.

Given that all our products are tailored to order, we don’t offer a standard price list. However, if you anticipate placing recurring orders for the same product, we’re delighted to create personalized custom price lists to accommodate your specific and ongoing needs. This ensures a tailored and flexible pricing structure aligned with your repeated order patterns.

Yes, we highly recommend making at least one prototype, or pre-production sample before going into production. In some cases (such as technical outerwear) it may be necessary to do multiple prototypes. Prototypes are for fit and build purposes only unless specified by the client. This means they will not have branding and may not be the exact fabrics or colors of provided samples or production pieces. In most cases, prototypes are either partially or fully refundable on completion of a production order. The estimated timeframe for initial prototype production is 8 weeks. Salesman Samples are also available, these will be built to the exact specifications of your production run including all fabrics and embellishments. Salesman sample production takes an estimated 8-12 weeks. Please contact us for inquiries and pricing.

The sampling process involves various intricate and costly elements, such as Metal Molds, Size Grading Patterns, Printing Screens, and the utilization of large-scale Digital Printing Machines, among other factors. Due to the complexity and expenses associated with these processes, we are unable to offer complimentary samples.

It depends on the type of printing.

The timeline for receiving your samples and prototypes is contingent upon your specific requirements. While the duration may vary, our goal is to deliver a pre-production prototype within 2-4 weeks from the placement of your order. We will maintain open communication with you throughout the design process to discuss and align on the anticipated timelines.

Generally, our team is adept at sourcing and matching the fabrics and materials requested by our clients. However, we want to be transparent in that we cannot guarantee the availability of every specific request in the open markets. In instances where we do not have the fabrics or manufacture materials to meet exact specifications, we are constrained by what is available in the open market.

If our client wishes to import a specific material from a verified supplier, we have the capability to facilitate and manage the importation process on their behalf.

We specialize in transforming our clients’ design visions into reality, offering a wide array of embellishment options. Common applications include screen prints, sublimation, and embroidery. For inquiries about alternative embellishment techniques, please feel free to reach out to our experts, who are dedicated to guiding you every step of the way.

It’s important to note that certain embellishments, such as metalwork (custom zipper pulls, embossing, and buttons), incur a one-time setup charge of approximately $150 per dye, which can be reused for multiple pieces.

For those with time-sensitive needs, we offer flexibility. Small orders can be shipped within 6-8 weeks, and repeating orders within 4-6 weeks. If you require even faster delivery, we are pleased to provide tailored solutions to meet your specific timelines.

We highly recommend placing orders one season in advance to ensure smooth production processes. The estimated delivery timeframe for production is 16-18 weeks unless alternative arrangements are made.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Once you make the decision to go into production. After the confirmation of prototype, we require a 70% deposit to get started, and the remaining 30% at the time of delivery for large orders. For small quantities it will be 100% advance payment. We accept payment via bank transfer up to $1000 transaction. For small payments transactions we accept Western Union.

Payment information can be found on the invoice, or You can ask us separately.

All payments are 100% up-front. For mass productions, 70% up-front and 30% upon completion of your production but before shipping.

Export factoring or letter of credit payment terms are also acceptable upon an agreement with our client.

LOGISTICS

A selection of fully tracked and insured courier services is available and selected to best suit your shipping requirements. We mostly use DHL/UPS for shipping Samples although will discuss with you the best solution for your order.

Air and Sea shipping services can be used as well depending on the volume and demand of our client.

Our experts from the export and manufacturing department will help you through the entire process till delivery. We will be able to give you an update on your order status, and estimated completion date.

Periodic updates are usually provided via emails and urgent requests are dealt with calls as well.

Shipping to another Country not included in price. The client is responsible for customs fees, brokers, or any related charges unless other arrangements are made or a price including shipping is agreed at the time of order confirmation.

There may be instances when a delay arises due to customs or holding. Delays from customs are very infrequent; however, we ask that the client be aware of the possibility in case that it arises.
